Hello there!

This is the obligatory awkward first post where I figure out how best to get the ball rolling.

If you visited my About Me page you’ll know that this space was created not only as an outlet for myself, but also as a place for support, camaraderie, friendship, hope, understanding, love, positivity, and growth.

I want to share my experiences (some from the past, and others as they happen) in the hopes that it will brighten someone’s day, show that they’re not alone in their journey, and lessen the stigma surrounding mental health.

Some things I share will be lighthearted and fun, whilst others will inevitably be quite heavy.

However, I pride myself in being open and honest in who I am and how I got to be here and I firmly believe that talking about one’s emotions and experiences is one of the healthiest forms of self care and stress relief.
